Abstract
The Fitness Tracker project is an all-in-one fitness app designed and developed for any fitness goals. This serves as a one-stop solution for individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners taking their first steps into the gym to seasoned powerlifters striving for excellence. One of the main features of this app is the calorie tracker. This will allow the user to keep an accurate log of their calorie intake which they will be able to go back and see at any time. Using the information the user gives when making their account, this app can calculate the user's Wilks score and BMI. With that same information, the app will be able to tell users their recommended calorie intake for their body specifications. The app also offers personalized workout routines based on your goals and your availability. The user information is easily accessible and manageable as you are not only able to track them but also edit them. This app's main purpose is to support users in achieving their fitness goals effectively and efficiently. This app is an all-in-one hub that brings together the most important calculations and tracking needed in fitness, ensuring users have all the tools and information at their fingertips.
