MassURC Info Session "How to Write an Abstract" will be held on Zoom on Tuesday, February, 4, 2025, at 7 p.m. Register in advance using this link: umass-amherst.zoom.us

The MassURC Hub is your ultimate destination for all conference-related activities: from registering for the conference to submitting, revising, and reviewing abstracts. Additionally, it will serve as your primary platform for accessing live schedules, conducting searches, receiving notifications, and staying updated throughout the conference day.

If you are interested in presenting or are serving as a Faculty Sponsor, please make sure you register to create a user account

You may register by clicking on the "Register" button in the navigation menu above. All registrants must activate their accounts by responding to the automated confirmation email.

If you have not created an account, follow the registration instructions above. If you have already registered, click on the "Login" button. You must be logged in to work on an abstract. Once you are logged in, click the “My Profile” button in the navigation bar. This will take you to your profile page.

If you are a student presenter, you can edit and review your contact information, abstract, presentation type, and faculty sponsor.

If you are a faculty sponsor, you can edit and review your contact information as well as review all student abstracts you are sponsoring.

  • Friday, February 21, 2025: PRESENTERS - Abstract submission deadline
  • Friday, February 28, 2025: PRESENTERS - Group membership confirmation deadline
  • Friday, March 7, 2025: PRESENTERS - Final abstract revision deadline
  • Friday, March 14, 2025: FACULTY - Final abstract approval deadline
  • Friday, April 18, 2025: CONFERENCE DAY!
  • The 2025 MassURC will be held in person at UMass/Amherst.
  • All presentations will be in poster format
  • Posters must be printed -- there will be no ePosterboards
